• If I change my mind, can I get my money out of my piggybank at anytime?
• Yes, you can refund your deposits under the transactions tab of each Goal you have.

• Is Piggy the Bank a financial institution, like a real bank?
• No. We are an shopping service that connects buyers and sellers in a private marketplace.

• Do I need credit financing arrangements for this and does Piggy the Bank check my credit history.
• No, you don't need credit financing and we won't check your credit history. Each of your deposits to you piggy bank add to your very own savings fund to use in our marketplace.

• What payment types do you accept?
• We accept PayPal only at this time.

• It's easy. setup a payment installment plan through choosing a proudct in our marketplace. Connect a PayPal account to the Piggy and Bank app.

• What if I change my mind on the offer I choose for my goal?
• Choose another offer at any time or withdrawal your cash if you need it.

• Our partners pay us every time you use Piggy the Bank. There are no hidden fees.

• Will I ever be charged for something other than a purchase?
• Not from us, there is no small print. However there maybe transaction fees in a refund after 60 days from payment sources such as Paypal (approx. 2.9% + $0.30).

• What Do You Do With My Information?
• Security is our first priority. We never share or sell your personal information without your express consent. With your permission, we will share information with our retail partners about your goal to try to get you the best deal.
